The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer :- 1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Machhalishahar, District- Jaunpur for implementation/compliance of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Case No.01574 of 2020, Computerized Case No.T202014360301574 (Devnarayan Versus Gaon Sabha) U/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 expeditiously within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Machhalishahar, District- Jaunpur will do the needful in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Machhalishahar, District- Jaunpur to do the needful in the matter pursuant to its own order dated 11.08.2023 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him, if there is no legal impediment.
