Learned Counsel for the respondents informs the Court that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and payment of DCRG and leave encashment stands released in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no interest has been paid thereupon.

In light of the direction passed in the writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that the issue of non-payment of interest cannot be gone into by the Court in the execution petition and in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he may approach the Court by way of a fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, these proceedings are closed but with
