ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue Writ or Direction especially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4*^ respondpnt in not preventing the 5^^ respondent from the encroachment of property admeasuring of Ac.0.15 cents in Sy.No.12, situated in Akkampalli Bhairavagutta, H/o.T.Sundupalli Village and Mandat, Annamayya District which is in meant for community hall is illegal, arbitrary, highhanded violation of Article 19,21 and 200-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4^'’ respondent to recommend and submit report to the 2""^ respondent to allot the said property for construction of Community Hall for the welfare of the villagers of Akkampalli Bhairavagutta H/o.T.Sundupalli Village and Mandal, Annamayya District and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ”

The 4'*' respondent/Tahsildar, T.Sundupalli Mandal vide endorsement, dated 03.07.2025 observed that the land in an extent of 250.29 square meters or Ac.0.06 cents and 239.63 square meters or Ac.0.05 cents belongs to the 5^^ respondent, on the complaint made by the petitioner before the 2"^ respondent/District Collector.
