State of U.P. and further direct the respondents 3 and 4 to register a criminal case against the offenders on the basis of written complaint given by the petitioner and investigate the case and file the charge sheet in the concerned court of law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the Respondents 3 to 4 to register a criminal case based on written complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 and take immediate action against the offenders forthwith pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: … to issue an order, direction, writ, more particularly Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 dr to PERCENT in not taking cognizance and registering the case against offenders based on the written complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 addressed to the 3RD and 4TH Respondents as illegal, improper, unjust and contrary to the guidelines issued by the Honble Supreme Court in Lalithakumari Vs. State of U.P. and further direct the respondents 3 and 4 to register a criminal case against the offenders on the basis of written complaint given by the petitioner and investigate the case and file the charge sheet in the concerned court of law and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri K.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are not registering the case against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the complaint dated 15.04.2025 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that initially a crime has been registered against the petitioner and only to counteract, the said case the petitioner has given the representation to lodge the case. On enquiry it came to know that it is a false case and they have not registered a case n the representation of the petitioner.
5. Recording the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it does not preclude the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
