JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 28/08/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a registered notice dated 07.07.2025 under Section 48 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon judgment of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ- JP:5792) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan and has submitted that respondents have [2025:RJ-JP:34341] (2 of 2) [CW-12791/2025] not complied with the directions passed in Pawan Meena (supra). Heard. Considering the dictum passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Chief Secretary circular dated 19.02.2024, this Court directs respondent No.2- Commissioner, Rajasthan Housing Board to consider the representation (annexure-7) and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days.
