3. Today, on call, none appears for the petitioner.
4. Ms B Bora, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr D Upamanyu, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department, for the respondents.
5. Although no affidavit has been filed in the matter keeping in view the nature of the grievance raised and the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his case in its present form.
