When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a preliminary enquiry was conducted on the complaint made by the unofficial respondents. The petitioner was called to the police station for preliminary enquiry only and no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police as no crime has been registered against him.
