Similarly, learned senior counsel for the respondents, Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar is also present before this Court physically. However, the learned DSGI for the appellants seeks a short accommodation. Whereas, learned counsel for the applicant and petitioners, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu is present in the proceedings of MC[W.P.(C)] No. 488 of 2025 and W.P.(C) No. 67 of 205 respectively and opposed to the accommodation granted to the learned DSGI.
