It is seen that on 11.02.2022, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Assam in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 20.12.2021 had passed an order. 2. Mr. L Mohan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the order on the face of it is illegal and does not appear to be as per the directions passed by this Court. 3. It is the opinion of this Court that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 11.02.2022, the petitioner can assail the same on the grounds available for judicial review. 4. Be that as it may, rightly or wrongly the order has been passed on 11.02.2022 in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2021 and as such, the present contempt proceedings stands dropped. 5.
