Applicant-Rajat Varma has filed this application under Section 447 B.N.S.S., 2023 with a prayer to stay the effect and operation of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Mainpuri in Transfer Application No. 149 of 2024; titled Rajat Varma vs. State of U.P. and others, in Sessions Trial No. 679 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 92 of 2022, under Sections 304B, 498A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri, whereby his application to transfer the subject Sessions Trial from the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Mainpuri to any other court of same district has been dismissed. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for applicant does not press this petition and prays for withdrawal. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
