By filing this interlocutory applicant, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 03.12.2025, passed in WP(C) 6878/2025. 3. It is submitted that the relevant records are available in the Office of the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta, which is arrayed as respondent no. 8. Accordingly, it is submitted that when the applicant had appeared before Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali (respondent no. 7) was directed to appear before the respondent no. 8. 4. Having heard the learned standing counsel for the FT and Border matters, the prayer made in the interlocutory application stands allowed. The reference to Superintendent of Police (Border), Bajali appearing in paragraph no. 6, 7 and 8 of the order dated 03.12.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C)/6878/2025, shall now be read as Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta. 5. Accordingly, time for the petitioner to take bail before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta is further extended by 10 (ten) days from the date of this order. Page No.# 5/5 6.
