[3] Captioned MC has been taken out with a prayer to implead two individuals [Shri. H. Gyan Prakash, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Hr.& Tech. Edn./SCERT/AE/Edn-(S)) and Smt. Arambam Valentina, IAS, Director of Higher Education, Government of Manipur] as R3 & R4 in Cont.Cas(C)No.237 of 2017. [4] This Court on perusal of the records finds that though only notice has been issued on 09.04.2025 the two afore-referred individuals sought to be impleaded have already been added as R3 and R4 in the Cont.Cas(C)No.237 of 2017. Therefore, captioned MC has served its purpose and thus become infructuous. [5] In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned MC is disposed of as closed, the same having become infructuous as it has served its purpose. There shall be no order as to costs.
