Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, a challenge has been made to an order passed on 28.12.2023 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-II, Mandi, H.P. in Claim Petition No. 65 of 2021, whereby the evidence of the petitioner herein was closed by the order of the Court. 2. Record reveals that thereafter, the respondents availed two opportunities to lead evidence. One witness of the respondents was examined on 28.5.2024 and their evidence was also closed. Then, the matter was fixed for arguments on 18.7.2024, 23.7.2024, 28.8.2024 and 30.9.2024. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is still at the stage of final arguments. 4. The petitioner cannot be allowed to assail the order dated 28.12.2023 at such belated stage, more particularly, when further proceedings in the shape of recording of respondents’ evidence has already taken place. 5.
