Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit to decide the Complaint No.11271 of 2023 titled Ajay Chandrawanshi v. Aditi Bajpai, under section 138 of NI Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Pilibhit, within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case has been lingering before the trial court since 2023, causing undue hardship to the applicant. It is urged that necessary directions be issued for the early disposal of the case. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, and on perusal of the record, it transpires that there are no exceptional circumstances warranting interference by this Court for issuing a direction of expeditious disposal. The pendency of the case before the trial court does not reflect any deliberate delay or procrastination on the part of the court concerned. 5. In the absence of any compelling reasons or exceptional circumstances justifying interference under Section 482 Cr.P.C., this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for expeditious disposal. 6. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands dismissed. Order Date :- 10.3.2025 Anil K.
