The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- (a) For issuance of appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) upon the respondents to stop the illegal encroachment of aadiwashi land by the encroacher (Bhoo Mafiyas) over the land as to the land appertaining Khata No.57, Plot No.184, total area 3.01 acres under Mauza Gram Khadiya Pada, Ward No.4 Gumla, which the petitioner ancestor is running as Bakabze under R.S Khatiyan. (b) For issuance of appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) upon the respondents to stop from disturbing the possession / structure standing over - 1 - W.P.C No.2782 of 2025 2025:JHHC:20677 Khata No.57, Plot No.184 total area 3.01 acres of land situated at Mauza Gram Khadiya Pada, Ward No.4 Gumla, which is being used by the petitioners for the purpose of public possession, farmland, Barn and religious prayer by missionary since many years. (c) For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) to take legal action against the encroacher who were forcefully and deceitfully used encroached the above said land which is being used by the local villager of tribe community for the purpose of public possession, farmland, Barn and religious prayer by missionary since many years, and over the aforesaid land there was Mango Orchid. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Pending interlocutory application being I.A.
