Smith, learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent no. 2. Mr. Smith, learned counsel, submits that a mediation between the parties took place on 23.10.2025, and the matter has been amicably settled through the said mediation. The aforesaid mediation record reveals that the amount remaining to be paid, i.e., a sum of 4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further survives for adjudication and accordingly, the instant criminal petition stands closed as dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
