No. 972 and 972-2 for an extent of Ac. 3.35 cents, and Ac. 1.19 cents and another one Pathinti Bala Dastagiri (R- 16) for an extent of Ac. 1.50 cents and. Ac. 2.40 cents in Sy. 972-3, 972-4 respectively situated at Konduru Revenue Village, Dobbudupalle Gram Pancayath of Kondaapuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa district in the Revenue Records basing on the exparte decree dated 08.11.2024 passed in OS No. 213 of 2012. during the pendancy of Interlocutory Application vide lASR No. 3973 of 2025 filed against the Exparte Decree passed in OS No. 213 of 2012 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur without following due process of laws is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of articles 14, 21 and 300- A of the constitution of India., and consequentially to direct the Respondents 3 and 4 herein not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners herein in respect of the above mentioned land until outcome of the application filed for setting aside the Exparte Decree in OS No. 972 of 2012 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent Tahsildar mutated the names of the defendants namely Pathinti Gurrappa (R-6), vide Khata No. 1645 in Sy.
