Case No. 420 of 2022 for the offence under sections 120(b), 406, 409 and 420 of the I.P.C. lodged on 01.09.2022 by the informant, Anil Kumar Chaudhary. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be surrendering before the concerned Court and seeks bail. 4. Granting liberty, the application stands rejected. 5.
