ANJARIA) As per order dated 21.02.2024, writ petition was disposed of by learned Single Judge granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application online to the respondent-Tahsildar. The Tahsildar in turn was directed to consider the application of the petitioner and do the needful. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16249-DB CCC No. 620 of 2024 2. When non-compliance of the above order was alleged, the respondent appeared and filed compliance affidavit along with which the endorsement dated 02.08.2024 passed by the respondent is produced. 3. Looking to the nature of observations of learned Single Judge, the endorsement was passed, by which the respondent could be said to have complied with the direction. 4. The contempt proceedings are therefore not required to be continued any further. 5. The contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to law and avail its remedy against the endorsement and the action reflected on part of the respondent.
