The description of the property is as follows:- “Khas Mahal holding no.579, bearing T.K.M. Plot No.925, measuring an area 01-19 (one Katha 19 dhurs) or 05 decimal, Mohallah Burkandaz Toli, under old ward no.13, new ward no.7 of Chaibasa Municipality” 2. It is recorded that the parties have expressed their willingness to take possession of their respective allotted areas and for that purpose measurement of that area has been sought to facilitate such possession. 3. With the consent of the parties, the Circle Officer concerned is directed to carry out the measurement of the area/property in the presence of both parties and to hand over possession of the respective portions to the parties as per the allotment made. 4. The Respondent No. 2 – Deputy Commissioner, Singhbhum West, Chaibasa, is directed to ensure compliance of this order. 5. Put up this case on 16.09.2025. 2. Measurement has been done in the presence of the parties and the matter has been settled, which is admitted by both the parties. 3.
