This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Anisur Hoque @ Md. Anisur Hoque, has prayed for bail in connection with Naharkatia P.S. Case no. 39/2025 under Section 65(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 11.09.2025. 4. The FIR dated 17-07-2025 filed by the District Child Protection Officer, Dibrugarh with an allegation that the FIR named persons that physically and sexually abused the victim stated to be aged 15 years. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner was not named in the FIR but he was arrested during investigation. The bail petition before the learned court below was rejected on 16-10-2025. 6. The case is stated to have been charge sheeted, but no further details are available. 7. In the given situation, this bail petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the learned trial court for regular bail and upon doing so, the same shall be considered and disposed of, needless to say, in accordance with law and also keeping in mind the stage of the case.
