Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. case No.388/2024, arising out of N.D.P.S. case No.26/2024, registered under section 21(b)/22(b) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge under N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 27.10.2024 at about 03:40 P.M., Daltonganj Town police apprehended co-accused Sandeep Kumar Gaur from Sema Tola Chiyanki, Daltonganj and recovered 11.4 grams of brown sugar from his possession. It was submitted that co-accused Sandeep Kumar Gaur had confessed his guilt and on his confession, the petitioner was apprehended. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge under N.D.P.S.
