The present petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “i. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the instant petition pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. ii. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the First Information Report bearing No. 253/2023 dated 14.04.2023 registered at Police Station Korba Kotwali, Tehsil and District Kotwali, Chhattisgarh qua the Petitioner in the interest of justice. iii. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 3.
