By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Parties to ensure a proper investigation including the arrest of the accused persons in connection with Dhamnagar P.S. Case No.103 of 2025. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that though the F.I.R. has been registered on 15.03.2025 in connection with Dhamnagar P.S. Case No.103 of 2025 but no substantial progress has been made. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Bhadrak is directed to monitor the investigation and impress upon the IIC concerned to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law with utmost diligence and arrest the culprits, if any be made as would be necessary in accordance with law and to submit the charge sheet, if any, within one month, if there be no other legal impediment. 5.
