V V SATISH (SC for APEPDCL) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 25.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.17851 of 2019. Sri S.Bhargav, learned counsel representing Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of contempt, the respondents have passed orders and the petitioner wants to question the said orders before appropriate forum, prayed to close the contempt with liberty. Recording the said submission, as the authorities have passed orders and the petitioner intends to question the same before appropriate forum, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to question the orders passed by the respondents before appropriate forum, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
