Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. In this anticipatory bail, the petitioner was granted interim bail, by order dated 28.07.2025. Same has already been made absolute, by order dated 28.08.2025. However, the petitioner had levelled certain allegations against the Investigating Officer by filing an additional affidavit. 3. It was stated in the said affidavit that regarding allegations made by the petitioner a complaint was also filed before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dibrugarh. However, nothing was done in that regard. As such, this court had called for a report from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dibrugarh on the last occasion. 4. Accordingly, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dibrugarh hence furnished the report dated 10.09.2025. 5. I have gone through the said report. 6.
