NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 23.04.2025, vide Annexure-F, issued by the second respondent, whereby the petitioner has been kept under suspension. 2. The learned AGA submits that Under the Karnataka Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957, the petitioner can approach the same authority for revocation of the suspension order or can file an appeal before the competent authority. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21760 WP No. 15966 of 2025 3. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to submit a representation to the competent authority. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the competent authority. If such a representation is submitted, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of the receipt of such a representation.
