Nawaz, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. Page No.# 2/2 2. It is submitted by Mr. Baishya that charge-sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No. 116/2025 dated 29.06.2025. 3. However, it is submitted by Mr. Nawaz that the petitioners appeared before the I/O and narrated all the incident before the I/O. But, his statement could not be recorded due to non-availability of the Case Diary which was lying before this Court. 4. On the other hand, it is submitted by Mr. Baishya that the petitioner appeared before the I/O on 17.08.2025 after expiry of the 14 days though, the interim pre-arrest bail was granted on 22.07.2025. 5. Let the report of the I/O as well as the WT Message be kept along with the Case Diary. 6. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below within 15 (fifteen) days with an application of bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 7. The interim granted to the petitioner shall be extended till 15 (fifteen) days, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below accordingly. 8.
