2 Vs. State of CG) in Crime No. 06/2020 registered at P.S. Scheduled Caste Welfare (SC/ST) Police Station) Baikunthpur, District Koria (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 452 read with Section 34 of IPC and section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (PoA) Act, 1989 whereby respondent no.1 Durga @ Durga Kuldeep had been granted anticipatory bail.
2. By filing this petition, the petitioner seeks to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to non-applicant no.1.
3. It appears that as per the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Criminal Case No.31/2021 by the Special Judge SC & ST (PA) Act, Baikunthpur, a non-bailable warrant was issued to respondent no.1 because of her non- appearance. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to give any direction regarding cancellation of anticipatory bail as the purpose of this petition has been served. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. Sd/-
