2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 153-A, 295-A, 341, 323, 325, 333, 353, 505 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3. On 31.03.2023 at 5.00 p.m., 200 persons had pelted stones at Ramanavami procession.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Md. Danish who has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 7025 of 2023. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about four months.
5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023.
