NO.803 OF 2019) 2. The appellants submitted a letter dated 06.03.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, requesting for withdrawal of the present appeal. 3. The matter has been listed under the caption “for withdrawal”. 4. Smt. Sudhehna Yakkala, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that although paragraph No.3 of the letter mentions allowing the applicant to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh one, the appellants are not pressing for such liberty. She further submits that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Recording the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
