This is the reason why the learned Counsel for the Petitioner could not take notice of the listing of the Writ Petition. 3. Learned Counsel has taken this Court through the Cause List dated 11.07.2025, which indicates that against Item No.25, the name of the erstwhile Counsel (Sri Pyusham Kiran) is printed instead of the present Counsel on record. 4. As having been satisfied with the explanation, I.A. No.1 of 2025 is allowed. Cont.. 2 5. Registry is directed to restore this Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.2153 of 2014 onto its file. 6.
