Pursuant to that learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 07.01.2026 from Additional Secretary (Finance) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh conveying that additional funds amounting to 7.95 lakh ₹7.95 lakh (Rupees seven lakh ninety five thousand) have been provided under department letter dated 07.01.2026 to comply with the judgment dated 28.04.2025 passed in CWP No. 812/2023. Copy of department letter issued on 07.01.2026 from the office of Principal Secretary (Finance) has also been appended alongwith office instructions.
