PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.95 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021 on the file of Ongole Women Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Ongole Women Police Station, Prakasam District, wherein it is stated after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.2436 of 2021 on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of Family Court, Ongole. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.2436 of 2021 has already been filed on the file of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of Family Court, Ongole, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
