Verma, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondent-State. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 28.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. After having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pay of the petitioner has been protected as per the directions received from the Government vide letter dated 20.10.2023. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Having perused aforesaid compliance vis-a-vis mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, this Court finds no action of the respondents to be contumacious. Since mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same is closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance.
