For the petitioner : Mr. Prem P. Chauhan, Advocate. For the respondents : Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed that as there is a willful disobedience of the orders passed by the Court in terms of order dated 04.10.2024, which has been subsequently passed, in which contemptuous language has been used, appropriate action be taken against the respondents.
2. Having gone through the order passed by this Court, as the only direction given by the Court was that in the event of the petitioner filing a representation, the respondents were directed to decide the same, this Court is of the considered view that as now the order has been passed by the Authority, there is per se no contempt of disobedience as far as the Court order is concerned. As far as the language that has been used in the order subsequently passed is concerned, in case the petitioner intends to assail the same, this fact can always be brought to the notice of the Court in subsequent 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the subsequent order passed by the Authorities. Ordered accordingly.
4. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
