Case No. 102/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. It was submitted that there was some altercation between the petitioners and brother of the informant while they were consuming liquor, during the scuffle, brother of the informant fell from the bridge and died. It was finally submitted that the present case will be made out under Section 304 of the I.P.C. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Dumka Nagar P.S.
