Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for the non- applicants/respondents-State. While placing on record communication dated 06.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HP PWD Dharampur, enclosing therewith details of RTGS, whereby amount has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that 60% of the amount stands released in favour of the petitioner in terms of order dated 11.12.2025. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that 60% of the amount ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner in terms of communication dated 06.01.2026, if not already credited in the bank account of the petitioner, same shall be credited within two days. As far as remaining 40% of the amount is concerned, same shall also be released within three months.
