Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 registered under Sections 25 (1-B) (a) / 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the Learned S.D.J.M at Chandil. On 24.10.2024, house of the petitioner was raided by Chandil police and on search a loaded country made pistol was recovered. It was submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Offence alleged is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate.
