ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Tanushree Shrimal places on record an order dated 23.04.2025 whereby the Education Department has agreed to implement the order
order 13.08.2015 passed in Special Civil Application No. 4406 of 2014 upon a condition that the Commissioner of Schools would ensure that the petitioner does not get more benefits than his entitlement. Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Tanushree Shrimal, upon
C/SCA/6023/2024 ORDER DATED: 23/04/2025 instructions from one Mr. Vipul Mehta, D.E.O. Jamnagar states that entire calculation and revision of pay scale including higher pay scale and revised pension shall be calculated and shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from today.
2. In view of above statement coupled with the
order dated 23.04.2025 passed by the respondents which is taken on record as the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the petition is
disposed of. If the amount is not paid within a period of twelve weeks as per the statement recorded in this order, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings including filing of a fresh petition as this Court has not considered the matter on merit in view of the order dated 23.04.2025. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
