On 14.06.2024 at about 6:30 P.M. the accused persons shot the husband and son of the informant due to which they sustained firearm injuries. There is specific allegation against co-accused Rajesh Gope, Ajay Tudu and Ravi Mandal to have shot at the injured persons. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he had fired at the husband and son of the informant; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. The petitioner, if so advised may renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
