In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider representations submitted by the petitioners at Annexures-F, G, H & K dated 04.12.2024 and Annexure-J dated 28.04.2025 and to mutate the revenue entries in terms of the judgment and decree dated 02.11.2018 in O.S.No.04/2018.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider petitioners' representations within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
5. In view of disposal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2025 does not survive for consideration and the same stands
disposed of.
