The grievance of the petitioner appears to be her being ousted from the eligibility criteria for 'Anganwadi Karyakatri' due to an erroneous income certificate issued by the competent authority assessing the annual income of the family of the petitioner from all sources to be Rs. 60,000/- per annum, despite the fact that the petitioner is an holder of Antyodaya card. 2. Shri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, has stated that for redressal of the petitioner's grievance, the procedure provided in Government Order No. 669 /एक-1 -9 -2014 -11 (2)/2011 dated 24.7.2014 is that against an income certificate issued, a first appeal will lie before the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, and, a second appeal before the District Magistrate. 3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, it is open for the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. Subject to the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 10.3.2025 A. V.
