Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the benefits emanating from the judgment dated 29.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.8051 of 2025, titled, Ramesh Chand vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another have been released. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the application filed for revival has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
