No.9001/2024, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 02.01.2025 passed in M.Cr.C. No.9001 of 2024, Crime No.324/2024 has been mentioned, which is not correct and the correct Crime Number is 316/2024, as such, the may be corrected. 4. Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 02.01.2025 in M.Cr.C. No.9001 of 2024 is modified only to the extent that in the order dated 02.01.2025 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.9001 of 2024, Crime Number be corrected to read as Crime No.316 of 2024 in place of Crime Case No.324 of 2024. 5. With the aforesaid modification, instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
