Petitioner’s son participated in Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) 2025 and on being dissatisfied with marks allotted to the son of the petitioner, application was made under the Right to Information Act seeking copies of answer- scripts of certain subjects. Since copies of answer- scripts were not provided, present writ petition was filed. 3. During course of hearing, learned advocate, representing the petitioner, has placed before this Court a letter issued by the SPIO, Kolkata Regional Office, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, by which request was made to the son of the petitioner to collect the answer-scripts on 03rd July, 2025, upon compliance of necessary formalities. A 2 copy of the letter issued by the SPIO, Kolkata Regional Office, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, is taken on record. 4. In view of issuance of the aforesaid letter, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The writ petition stands disposed of. 5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
