This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 5187 of 2018, under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Handia, District Allahabad pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-8th, Allahabad expeditiously within stipulated time. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It reveals from the perusal of the order sheets that the applicant is the complainant in the said case and case is pending since 2018. It also appears that the applicant is negligent and he has not appeared before the Court concerned after passing the summoning order. Since the applicant himself is not cooperating with the Court concerned and is adopting delaying tactics in disposal of the said case, no question arises to issue a direction to the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case.
