This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conduct investigation in FIR No.68/ 2024 on the file of the Lakkireddypalli Police station is as arbitrary illegal abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to the

petitioner under Articles 14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent forthwith to conduct investigation in FIR No 68 / 2024 on the file of the Lakkireddypalli Police Station and file charge sheet as procedure contemplated under section 1732 of Criminal Procedure Code 1973”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the police to conclude the investigation and file a report. 4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police after conducting investigation filed charge sheet in this matter. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
