The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) issue, order or direction, directing the Civil Judge (J.D.)/A.C.J.M. Allahabad to decide the Suit No. 2037/2005 (Paras Nath and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and another) and interim injunction application dated 07.12.2005, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) issue, order or direction, directing the Civil Judge (J.D.)/A.C.J.M. Allahabad to decide the application dated 28.11.2023, 06.12.2023 and 13.12.2023 filed in Suit No. 2037/05 (Paras Nath and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and another) within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned suit is pending since 2005 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.)/A.C.J.M. Allahabad to consider and decide the aforementioned suit of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
