In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Prem Narayan Rai, Advocate representing the opposite party, has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party, which is taken on record. The affidavit discloses that an order dated 02.05.2025 has been passed previously also, an affidavit had been filed by the opposite party. A perusal of both the affidavits show that the order passed by the Writ court has been complied by the opposite party. In case, the applicant has any grievance regarding the order dated 02.05.2025, he has the remedy to challenge the same before appropriate forum. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
